The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was situated close to several major attractions and public transportation. the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start our days exploring the city.
The hotel could use some updating. the rooms and facilities felt a bit outdated and worn.

The New Century Hotel Lhasa Grand Wing provided me with a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The convenient location near the Jokhang Temple and in the bustling Barkhor area allowed me to easily explore this vibrant city. Additionally, the hotel staff, especially Duty Manager Doris and another gentleman, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine kindness and impeccable hospitality truly made a difference.
I didn't dislike anything about the property. Lacking any negative aspects, I had a truly exceptional experience here.

Located in the bustling Barkhor area, New Century Hotel Lhasa Grand Wing is conveniently situated near the Jokhang Temple. Its central location allows guests to easily explore the vibrant market and immerse themselves in the rich culture of the Old Town. the rooms are equipped with adaptors and the elevator even has a unique feature, a carpet displaying the day of the week.
The hotel falls short in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

Excellent property with a convenient location in the heart of the city. The hotel provided a wide range of amenities and facilities to enhance guests' stay.- The staff at the hotel were friendly and responsive, ensuring a pleasant experience.
Communication could be improved, as some staff members struggled to converse fluently in English. The quality of the food delivered was subpar, and there were issues with incorrect orders and overcharging.

the exclusive amenities provided to us were truly exceptional. the fine-dining restaurant offered a delicious meal, the service was top-notch, and the private facilities exceeded our expectations. the room advantages, such as the comfortable beds, clean carpets, and modern decor were outstanding. the health club had a sauna and a variety of equipment, including a night club and ballroom.
While the staff tried their best to accommodate us, they did not speak English very well, and it made it difficult to communicate our needs effectively.
